Pricing FAQ
- Why per property?
- Because the workload is per property. Gas safety, EICR, EPC and deposit protection all attach to the building, and the day-to-day of repairs, rent and move-ins runs house by house. One clear price per property (£17.99 a month) is the fairest way to charge for that, whether the house has 1 tenant or 6.
- What if a house has more than 6 tenants?
- Each tenant beyond 6 adds £3 a month, because more tenants means more messages, more rent chasing and more move-ins to document. A 7-bed is £20.99 a month, an 8-bed is £23.99. You are only ever charged for current tenants.
- Is the price per account or per property?
- Per property. Every property is £17.99 a month (plus any extra tenants), and your bill is the sum across properties. Two houses with 3 tenants each is £35.98 a month, not £17.99.
- What happens when a tenant moves out?
- Record the move-out and they leave your count from then on, which matters once a house is over the included 6. A property never bills below its £17.99 base, because the compliance clock keeps ticking even when rooms are empty.
- How does annual billing work?
- You pay for 10 months and get the full year: 2 months free. For a single £17.99 property that is £179.90 a year. Monthly billing is the default, and you can cancel any time on either.
